We do not offer refunds for sale of products purchased on due to the digital nature of the items. Upon successful delivery of digital goods, all purchases are final. no refunding is available.However, we will consider granting refunds under certain circumstances (e.g. duplicate order, the wrong preset is sent), and will grant refunds at our reasonable discretion.

All Lightroom presets and other digital products by Presetsh are copyright protected. 
By purchasing products on this website, you acknowledge that you may use this product for personal use or limited professional use. You do not gain ownership, nor can you claim any of the products as your own. Presetsh products should, under no circumstance, be uploaded to any websites or blogs. Posting a link for others to download Presetsh products is a felony. You may only post links to the product pages never the individual download links to the zip files.

The Lightroom presets may only be installed on up to two computers directly owned by the purchaser. The images edited with these presets may only be used for personal or professional projects. All products given to a client must be in a non-editable format.



Physical product returns are accepted with a lifetime guarantee from your order delivery date provided by your order tracking number.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned new, unused and in its original packaging and condition that you received it.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by, may not be accepted. Items returned with missing parts, inserts, or packaging will not be accepted under any circumstances.


To arrange a return please email with your full name, order number, product information, the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. We will reply with return processing details within 2 business days so you can use it to ship your product back to our warehouse.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be pre-authorized by one of our agents prior to shipping. Contact us at prior to returning the item. We will provide you with detailed instructions including the warehouse return address for our return process as contained within this policy. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Upon submitting your order, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation containing your order number and items included. Please carefully double-check your shipping address and order information for accuracy in the order confirmation email or SMS. Changed your mind about your order? Wrong order? Orders and sent out for delivery within 24 to 48 business hours. Due to our quick shipment timelines, we can only accept cancellations and changes in your order prior to order shipment. Contact us as soon as you can if an order needs to be changed or canceled.

Once we receive your product in our returns processing warehouse, we will refund your original payment method within, 2 business weeks (not including holidays or weekends), provided the product is in new and unused condition.

Presetsh is not responsible for returns until they reach our Return Processing Center, or records show delivered by your return tracking number. Please keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number from your shipping carrier. We cannot provide a refund on products that do not have proof of delivery.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, face masks, and face shields). We also do not accept returns for dangerous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If items arrive faulty/broken/damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for either a replacement or a refund. For faulty products that arrive damaged and need to be returned for a refund, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history (including but limited to used, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items)
The potential fraudulent or criminal activity
Clarifications may be requested in the form of photos or video content to better understand the reason for the return
